So we had a few ties this time around too, here's a different way of voting, I'm trying to explore as many alternatives so I can figure out which ones are faster and easier to use [it helps that there are only 4 ties so if it ends up being a lot of work it will still be]. Plus sometimes I think it helps some people to concentrate if they can't see what others voted for.
