May I ask for waht exactly is 'black parade era' ? is that a previous band name? /curious

Black Parade is the name of My Chemical Romance's 3rd album. It was kind of a rock opera and 2 of the videos had them as a gothic marching band, and they toured using the same marching band costumes for about a year. Also, Gerard had white hair for a large part of that.

Two questions for ya, one pertaining to maybe my next challenge. One) Is fanart allowed? and Two) A very stupid question, but I'm working on two hours of sleep so bare with me. My claim for Advent Children - there's the original film and there's another version with an extra 30 minutes. Would I have to claim the original or the extended one if I were to use caps from the extended, Advent Children Complete? (Again, a very stupid question but...XD)

Yes, I'm allowing fanart but asking that you guys don't use any fanart done after I post the themes (that's it the first of the month) so those fanarts are in no way particularly created to fit the theme. I realize that there's no way I can 100% control people following this rule but well there's hope in people's aim to do a challenge and not do it the easy way ;)

And I don't think it's a stupid question, I personally ocnsider it all the same movie, cut or extended (you're just luckier if you get the extended version ;)) so for me if you claim the film I will assume you mean the whole thing, since it's the same filmed footage. <- hope that makes sense [in my brain does but I'm not sure how it works on the outside XD]

it's more than okay to make a claim now, rl gets in the way, I wish you guys could finish all the sets but rl is priority #1 so it's understandable when one cannot finish the icons.

Also, interesting claims. I do hope you get around to claim your second choice in a future round since I'm quite interested to see how someone would iconize the two actresses playing Elizabeth in just 3 episodes =D
