Voting, tie-breaks.

There have been a few ties in this first round, some are really easy to see, some have come about due to lack of following the rules while voting =( Which in most cases I don't think was premeditated at all but I do need to follow the rules when counting the votes.

There are some polls that will only have two icons, since icon makers cannot vote for themselves I'm letting you guys know that if you don't want to vote so clearly against yourself, that's more than alright & I'm expecting that since there's no fairness in voting if you can only vote one of the two icons. If there are more than one icon you could vote for when yours is there up for voting? I don't expect either for you to vote, it would be great but I realize there's conflict of interest so no harm done if you don't vote.
