...although I may have to do classic!Who instead for the challenge. Do I *need* to specify or am I allowed to take a gander at the themes first? :P

there's no problem in changing the claim at all - you may change it always until up to the 1st/2nd of the month tops. & my one question is if you want to use only manga? or anime too/fanart/etc too? =)
